Developer terms for early access

1. 1You set the terms. Creator commission: at least 30% of each payment. Recurring period for subscriptions: your choice (12 months recommended). Viewer discount: optional (10%+ recommended).
2. 2Creator codes. You create one code per creator (web: Stripe promotion code, minimum discount 1 cent; in-app: Apple Offer Code, or a share of Google Play one-time codes). Only payments with a creator’s code count. Customers who paid you before using the code are excluded if you tell us within the 14-day hold.
3. 3Prepay. You prepay at least $50 (received amount; transfer fees are yours), or commit at least $50 in writing now and transfer it if we confirm that ShoutPaid holds funds. Commissions are deducted as payments happen. At zero balance, creators pause until you top up; commissions on payments made meanwhile are still owed.
4. 4Commission base. Web: amount paid after discount, excluding tax. In-app: net proceeds after the store fee. $0 payments (free trials) earn nothing.
5. 514-day hold. A refund during the hold cancels or reduces the commission, returning it to your balance. After the hold, commissions are final, even if refunded later.
6. 6Payouts are sent first on December 10, then monthly, by ShoutPaid or by you directly (we confirm which by the end of week 2).
7. 7Renewals keep earning for your full recurring period, even if you leave early or ShoutPaid closes to new sign-ups. Top up when asked.
8. 8Unused balance (not on hold or owed) is refundable on request.
9. 9Verification. Read-only access (Stripe or RevenueCat) or a weekly export of code usage and refunds (iOS: App Store Connect Subscriber Report).
10. 10Your service must work end to end, with privacy and refund policy pages.
11. 11Changes. We email you at least 3 days before these early-access terms change. Subscriptions credited earlier keep them on renewals.
